Who doesn’t love a peanut butter and jelly toast? You can give this a healthy twist by replacing jelly with bananas, strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle some chia seeds on top and you’re done!
Make a dish with oats, porridge or multigrain cereal mixed with banana, almonds, chia seeds and nuts. This will keep you full and fresh for a long time!
Take your favourite Sundae ice-cream glass and fill it with low-fat greek yogurt or a flavoured yogurt of your choice. Mix it with Pumpkin puree and add sprinkle some granola on top. You could also add some strawberries, cherries or any berries of your choice on top.
Cut a bell pepper in rings. Place the ring on a hot frying pan and crack an egg in the middle of the ring. Season it while it’s cooking and let it look for a few minutes by covering the lid of the pan. Flip when the eggs are cooked to the desired level.
Take some non-sweetened yogurt as the base. Add frozen bananas, frozen blueberries and honey to the mixture. Add some granola sprinkles on top.
